Cookhouse is all about the farm-to-fork food philosophy of the sixteen Soho House Group kitchens worldwide and aims to attract, develop and promote great chefs with a real passion for food.
We love to invest in our chefs and do so through training, local and overseas tasting and sourcing trips, visits from inspirational guest chefs, providing cookbook and magazine libraries, and members’ events.

Cookhouse magazine comes out every quarter. Editor Rebecca Seal gives us a taste.
“Cookhouse is a great project to be part of, because it’s designed to appeal to chefs – who are a great audience. The magazine contains articles on everything that’s fun to do with food – one season we’ll look at how to make perfect pasta, then we’ll ask why so many chefs have tattoos. Nothing’s off limits. It’s been really exciting to help launch and to see the whole thing develop so fast. Plus, I get to eat a lot of really good food…”
